ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
At UThryve, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Due to very high demand and order volume, orders may take up to 10 - 14 days to be delivered. However, most orders arrive within 7 - 10 days.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
⚠ Please note: Shipping times do not include possible delays due to customs clearance or other external factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING DELAYS & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
- All shipping times are estimated and do not account for potential customs clearance delays.
- In rare cases, customs processing can extend delivery times beyond the estimated range.
- Nuvex is not responsible for any delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on our Track Order page.
If you do not receive a tracking number within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before submitting your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed, we cannot make changes or offer refunds for lost packages.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.
- Contact your local post office to check if they are holding your package.
- Wait a few additional days, as some postal carriers mark deliveries as "delivered" early.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES
- We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on orders above $50.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are not responsible for any customs charges or delays.

HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During busy seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and major sales events), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
